Work With Us
The Entire World is a collaborative studio + platform. We build stories, games, tools, and culture that connect to real
humanitarian problems — and we’re inviting creators, engineers, artists, and thinkers to help shape what becomes real.
This page is the structure: how contribution works, how credit is handled, and how compensation is planned.
Transparency: we are early-stage. Some contributions may begin as unpaid / volunteer until funding or project revenue exists.
If you need paid work now, we can still talk — there may be short paid sprints available depending on current projects.
Contribution Lanes
Pick a lane. Start with a small, testable contribution. If the collaboration is strong, we expand scope.

Compensation & Credit Structure (Planned)
We want to build this ethically. That means clarity up front:
what is volunteer, what can be paid, and what can convert into paid when funding or revenue exists.
1) Credit (Immediate)
Every accepted contribution is credited. Contributors can be featured publicly (opt-in).
- Named credit on pages / releases
- Portfolio-permission by default (unless NDA for partner work)
- Contributor profile link (planned)
2) Paid Work (When Available)
When a project has funding or client revenue, we convert to paid agreements.
- Fixed scope sprints (ex: 1–2 weeks)
- Milestone-based contracts
- Ongoing part-time roles (as stability grows)
3) Founding Contributor Track (Optional)
For people who want to help build early before funding exists.
This track is opt-in and designed to avoid vague “someday” promises.
- Work is scoped + time-boxed
- Clear deliverables and acceptance criteria
- Priority consideration for paid roles once funding lands
4) Revenue Share (Project-Specific)
If/when we ship revenue-generating content, we can do revenue-share agreements on specific projects.
This will be handled per-project with written terms.
- Only for defined deliverables
- Only if the project is commercialized
- Written agreement before work begins
Important: I’m not offering equity or “guaranteed future pay” on unpaid work. The goal is clean ethics:
either it’s paid now, or it’s clearly volunteer/time-boxed, or it’s revenue-share with written terms.
How Contribution Works
We keep this simple to avoid chaos and wasted effort.
Step 1
Pick a lane + submit a small sample
Don’t overcommit. Start with something small and test collaboration.
Step 2
Scope + acceptance
If it’s accepted, we define scope and what “done” means. If it’s not, you still get respect and clarity.
Step 3
Credit + portfolio permission
If your work is used, you’re credited. Portfolio permission is the default (unless partner NDA applies).
Step 4
Expand scope (paid when possible)
If funding or revenue exists, we move to paid work. If not, contributions remain opt-in and time-boxed.
