The screenshot below shows the Kingdom asset browser in a sample empty project. It shows the real controls and empty state; no imported asset or completed transfer is implied.

Current Tech Connector asset browser showing the Create and Import toolbar, folder and collection navigation, asset list, inspector, import queue, and project actions

Find and inspect

  1. Open Tools > Kingdom (Game Engine), then open its Assets browser.
  2. Use the folder controls, All Types, collection filters, and search field to narrow the list. Refresh rescans the current project view.
  3. Select an asset to inspect its type, source, import state, and properties. Open opens the selected asset. References helps trace dependent assets.
  4. If the list is empty, clear the filters. An empty project offers Create Asset and Import… in the center of the browser.

Import and manage

  • Import… starts an asset import. Import Queue shows pending work; process it and inspect the result before claiming the asset is ready.
  • + Create creates an engine asset supported by the current registry. New Folder organizes the project.
  • The inspector offers Save Properties, Reimport, Rename, Move…, Duplicate, Validate, and Delete… for a selection. Verify the selected asset before using a change action.
  • The lower project actions include Audit Project, Cook Selection, Export Selection…, Bulk Operations…, and Undo Asset Operation. Bulk Operations… previews a multi asset action before it runs.
  • Version control actions in the browser include History, Changelists, Check Out, Add, and Revert when available.

The asset shortcuts cover import, search, refresh, rename, delete, and validation. For a cross package workflow, record the source file path, imported asset identity, and final engine destination; inspect each stage in its host.
